Lamia Rahal is a highly accomplished pharmacist and seasoned expert in market access and public policy, with over 12 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Her career spans various critical areas, including regulatory affairs, market access, business development, public and government affairs across Africa. Lamia has worked with several pharmaceutical companies and life sciences consultancy firms, where she provided valuable insights and strategies. Notably, she served as a consultant for the World Bank (WB) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), helping to develop high-level country strategies in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sector. With an MS in Food & Wine Technology & Economics, he is also the author of a wine dictionary. He currently leads B2B and B2B2C projects with major companies in the luxury and food sectors, fostering customer relationships and bridging market needs with innovative technology solutions.

Christian Bredemeier (33 years old), married, no children and currently employed as Chief Executive Officer for the drone company Jedsy. With a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from the renowned University of Liechtenstein and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (specializing in industry) from the Stuttgart Cooperative State University (DHBW), he has a solid academic foundation. He gained his technical expertise through his electrical engineering studies at EnBW AG (Germany’s third-largest energy supply company) in Stuttgart. Christian currently holds the role of CEO at Jedsy – Delivery Glider AG, a company that is transforming delivery logistics with innovative approaches. Christian Bredemeier is characterized by his serial entrepreneurial skills and investor activities, reflecting his deep connection to entrepreneurial risks and opportunities. When he is not immersed in business strategies, he is drawn to the majestic peaks of the mountains where he finds inspiration and balance.

Through an almost 25 year-career in the field of health and ehealth, he has acquired a deep understanding of patient-centered approaches by designing IT solutions allowing individuals to enter and exchange their data in an ethical and secure framework. Having participated in the adventure of the first Algerian health site in 1998 then in the emergence of e-health in France with the start-up E-health Services which he co-founded, he is today the co-founder and Business Development Director of TechBio NIUM, a spinoff from the University of Luxembourg which has developed an innovative platform combining a gut-on-chip and a bioinformatics solution for the analysis of the gut microbiota and a nutritional recommendation engine with applications in obesity and oncology. More recently, he supported the launch of the international Swiss non-profit organization Movement Health.

Dr. Peter Owotoki is a globally recognized leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital health. As the Founder and CEO of Vitafluence.ai, he has spearheaded the development of empathetic and ethical AI solutions that address some of the most pressing healthcare challenges in both physical health and mental health domains. His work focuses on advancing AI-driven platforms that enhance healthcare access for low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) and underserved populations worldwide. Under Dr. Owotoki’s leadership, Vitafluence.ai has pioneered the use of AI technologies to accelerate drug discovery and vaccine development. Supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Vitafluence leverages AI to repurpose drugs and develop mRNA vaccines for infectious diseases that disproportionately affect LMICs. These innovations allow researchers in resource-limited regions to overcome traditional barriers and deliver life-saving treatments more efficiently, creating a transformative impact on global public health.

Adel currently has over 11 years of experience in projects related to Big Data and artificial intelligence. His expertise includes NLP (Natural Language Processing) through the development of the Detec’t tool, Computer Vision with the creation of W’asm, IoTs (Internet of Things) through the production of Connect’inh, and the implementation of complex Big Data projects. His work has earned him a recognized status as an expert in the field of digital health. Co-author of around twenty publications, he is cited as an inventor on two patents. For over 8 years, Adel Mebarki has been co-leading the Digital Health University Diploma at Paris-Saclay. Additionally, he shares his expertise as a lecturer at various business schools, including the Health Marketing Master’s program at Paris-Saclay and the Project Management and Marketing of Health Products Master’s program at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Montpellier. Adel is also an independent expert reviewing collaborative projects for Cap Digital and a board member of the Healthcare Data Institute.

Throughout his career, Martin has led large innovation and digital transformation initiatives with global industry leaders, including Roche/Genentech, UBS, BMW, and Swissair. A strong advocate for ethical and representative AI, Martin is committed to leveraging technology to solve pressing challenges and drive sustainable, impactful change at the intersection of technology and life sciences. Prior to that, he held various management positions in the Consulting and IT industries in Europe. Mr. Boukli holds a State Engineering degree in Computer science, as well as several Management and Leadership degrees from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, the George Washington University and the Malik Institute in St-Galles.

Riad has spent the last 25 years contributing to the development of leading edge internet, telecom and artificial intelligence technologies, mostly in Silicon Valley where he participated in building multiple leading technology startups, advising on strategic investments and rolling out innovative technologies all over the world. He has co-founded and led teams in multiple technology startups and innovation labs primarily in the Silicon Valley, as well as various other technology hubs in Asia, Europe and Africa. This includes multiple Venture Capital backed Silicon Valley startups, with highly successful exits. He has been an advisor to numerous tech startup ventures from inception to growth stage, and a trusted advisor to governments, investment funds, regulators and global corporations, including some of the top 10 tech companies and top 10 tech investment firms in the world. Earlier, he held leadership roles in Fortune 100 and prestigious R&D centers primarily in the USA, Japan, Korea, Canada and France. Contributions included the development of Internet, Wireless, Cloud, Cyber-security, Space-Internet, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence innovations, leading to numerous academic/industrial awards worldwide. He is a frequent invited chair/speaker at industry events and contributor to lead journals, patent/inventions holder, board member, angel investor, adjunct professor and invited lecturer at multiple universities worldwide. He is on the Xprize Deep Tech brain trust team, and has been inducted into the “New Internet” Hall of Fame. He has lived and worked in diverse regions of the world in every continent, gaining a broad understanding of cross-cultural technology management and business development. Nazim Sini is a university lecturer in the field of economics, and a financial expert. after a career in the banking sector, he created his own consulting firm where he offers support services for companies wishing to establish themselves internationally. He has carried out dozens of research works in the field of economic foresight. he is the initiator of the Algeria 2030 conference which met with great success.

Benoît Dubuis is the President of the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences (SATW) and Chairman of the Inartis Foundation, which oversees a range of programs dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. These include the UniverCité/Station R and Espace Création innovation hubs, the MassChallenge and i-teams accelerators, as well as the Clefs du Savoir publishing company. With over 30 years of international experience in the life sciences sector, both in industry and academia, Benoît Dubuis holds a chemical engineering degree from EPFL and a PhD from ETH Zurich. He has held various senior management roles in leading pharmaceutical companies, including Chemap, Ciba-Geigy/Novartis, and Lonza, before joining EPFL, where he founded the Life Sciences faculty and served as its inaugural dean. In 2004, he co-founded the seed capital fund Éclosion in Geneva, and later went on to establish Excellgene, GenKyoTex, and GeNeuro—two of which are publicly listed. In June 2013, Benoît was appointed Director of Development at the Wyss Center and Director of the Campus Biotech Foundation, roles he held for a decade before focusing his efforts on the Inartis Foundation and SATW. He has been President of SATW since 2021. Benoît Dubuis is also a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Geneva.
